G.S.B. Samaj, Goregaon (Regd.) is a charitable organisation registered with Charity commissioner of Greater Mumbai under registration no A-2917 of BOM 1970.
The trust was started by a small group of people to bring about the spirit of unity, brotherhood and cooperation amongst the members of Gowd Saraswat Brahman community in general and those residing in the western suburbs of Greater Mumbai in particular.

Education Fund
This Fund is used to disburse educational assistance to the needy, which is being provided for all classes up to graduation.
Medical Assistance
Monetary Assistance is provided based on applications received. The assistance is by the way of a fixed grant decided by managing committee based on merits.
Cultural Activities
Samaj organises various cultural activities like Haldikumkum, Fancy Dress, Drawing Competitions for children, Events related tp fine arts viz. drama; dance, music etc.
Other Charitable Objectives
Samaj organises and assists in promoting or sponsoring conventions, conferences, seminars, exhibitions, meetings, religious, cultural, educational and social activities for all around advancement of the community.
With blessings from Lord Venkatramana and our Guru Peethas, Samaj celebrated its Golden Jubilee Year 2019-2020.
Samaj dedicated a musical album, “Sudhindra Rachanamrutham”, containing eight sthothras composed by HH Sudhindra Tirtha Swamiji and rendered by eight of our own reputed singers.
Ugabhoga Series - a seva samarpan by GSB Samaj WS Goregaon. This is a genuine attempt to present some of the works of Haridasa Sahitya part of our abundant rich cultural heritage.
